TRADERS STRIKE: Day two of the Kampala City Traders Association (KACITA) strike commenced with much solidarity as was yesterday. Most of the city shops remain closed as government attempts to avert the current stand-off. Traders, mostly importers are seeking government protection from the ever rising dollar has increased the cost of business. Trade minister, Amelia Kyambadde is to present a ministerial statement to Parliament later in the day about the Government’s intervention to solve the problem according to the New Vision.
