Police has fired pinks substance to disperse opposition supporters who were walking to Constitutional Square for a rally.

The assumption is that, the pink spray helps Police to identify those involved in the riots/demonstrations

Olara Otunnu, party president to Uganda People’s Congress (UPC) according to the latest tweets on the situation has retreated back to Uganda House, the party’s headquarters. So has Norbert Mao, party president for Democratic Party (DP).
