This is an excellent set of pictures depicting a custom of women – carrying heavy load on head, that I have dear to my heart. I have become interested in it while travelling in Indonesia last year and started photo documenting the phenomenon. A gallery of my photos could be seen through one of my previous posts, but I will create one for this blog soon.
